I am in New Delhi. To get here, I walked down Telegraph, got on a BART train, got on a plane, and then another plane, and 30 hours later, I am on the other side of the planet. I just got here a few hours ago. I walked with my mom and friend Drew through Lodhi Park to get some coffee. There was a tomb in the middle. We passes dozens of wild dogs, curled up and snoozing in the morning haze. There are parrots in the trees, along with the pigeons. There are Indians doing yoga, here and there around the park. I am too bleary to write much more, and I just got here, but for the record, I'm here, I'm happy, and all the anxiety that preceded this trip has left me. That doesn't mean I'll turn down the ayurvedic oil massage later at the 400 year old fort-turned-luxury hotel which is our next destination.
